2. Our Services: Installation and Connectivity

We offer two main types of services:

Starlink Installation: We handle the physical installation and initial setup of your Starlink equipment so you can enjoy your satellite internet as soon as possible. It's important to understand that we are the installers. The Starlink equipment itself and its internet service are the property and responsibility of Starlink Inc.

Jungle Link Services and Equipment: We offer the sale of network equipment (like routers, extenders, etc.) under our "Jungle Link" brand, as well as professional custom network installation services.

3. Pricing and Payments: Total Transparency!

We want the payment process to be clear and without surprises.

Published Prices: The prices for our services and products are those published on our website at the time of service agreement or purchase.

Payment Options: We accept payments via PayPal, credit/debit card, and SINPE Móvil/bank transfer.

Price Difference (Important!): You might notice a difference in the final price if you choose to pay with PayPal or card compared to SINPE Móvil or bank transfer. This is due to the commissions charged by payment processors. The final price will always be clearly indicated before you confirm your purchase or service. This way, we avoid surprises!

4. Shipping Process (for Jungle Link equipment)

For Jungle Link equipment that requires shipping, here's how it works:

Required Information: If you make your purchase via PayPal, it's essential that you provide us with the following information to process your shipment:

Full name

Identification card (cédula) or passport number

Postal code of your location (to identify the nearest post office).

Shipping Method: All packages are shipped via Correos de Costa Rica (Costa Rica Post Office).

Nearest Post Office: Your package will be sent to the nearest Correos de Costa Rica office to the address or postal code you provide. We do not offer direct home delivery.

Tracking Number: Once your package is dispatched, we'll send you a Correos de Costa Rica tracking number via email in your name. This number will allow you to track your shipment.

Check Your Email: Please be sure to check your inbox regularly, including your junk or spam folders, so you don't miss the notification with your tracking number. It's your responsibility to follow up on the shipment with Correos de Costa Rica using the provided tracking number.

5. What About Warranties? We'll Explain Here!

Equipment and installation warranties are handled differently depending on the service and are rigorous to ensure a fair process.

Warranty for Starlink Installations:

Our warranty exclusively covers our installation work: This means that the mounting and initial configuration of your Starlink equipment are performed professionally and correctly so that the equipment receives a signal properly. If you experience any issues directly related to our installation within the first 30 days after the service, please contact us.

Important Regarding Starlink Equipment: The Starlink equipment itself (the antenna, router, cables) and the quality of the satellite internet service (speed, interruptions) are the direct responsibility of Starlink Inc. or the provider from whom you purchased the kit. We are the installers and do not manage the warranty for Starlink equipment. For issues with your Starlink equipment or service, you must contact Starlink's official support directly via their application or website.

Warranty for Jungle Link Equipment and Services:

Jungle Link Equipment Warranty: Jungle Link network equipment you purchase from us comes with a limited warranty against manufacturing defects detected at the time of installation or receipt of the product. Our installation team will verify the proper functioning of the equipment during installation. If the equipment is shipped directly to the client, they must inspect it upon receipt and notify us of any manufacturing defect within the first 48 hours.

Warranty Claim Process: If a Jungle Link equipment shows a manufacturing defect covered by the warranty, the client must cover the shipping costs of the equipment to our facilities in Tilarán, Guanacaste, using Correos de Costa Rica service. Once the equipment is received, we will send it to the service workshop in San José for review by our supplier. This review and warranty management process may take more than one (1) month. The equipment will be repaired or replaced if a manufacturing defect is confirmed, and the client must coordinate pickup or cover the shipping costs of the repaired/replaced equipment. The warranty does not cover damages due to misuse, impacts, humidity, electrical fluctuations, unauthorized third-party intervention, or normal wear and tear from use.

Jungle Link Network Installation Warranty: Our network installation work with Jungle Link equipment comes with a 30-day warranty on the functionality and correct execution of the service.

6. Returns and Refunds: Our Strict Policy

Given the nature of our products and services, our returns and refunds policy is rigorous:

Returns are not accepted for changes of mind or dissatisfaction once the installation service has been completed or the equipment has been delivered and verified.

Returns only for Manufacturing Defects (Jungle Link products): A return will only be considered if a Jungle Link product has a manufacturing defect that could not be detected at the time of installation or if the equipment was shipped and the defect was reported within the first 48 hours of receipt. In these cases, the warranty process detailed in Section 5 will apply, not a direct refund.

No Refunds for Services: Installation services, once rendered, are non-refundable. Our installation warranty covers the correction of possible flaws in our work, not a refund of the service.

7. Responsibility: 

What We Are and Are Not Responsible For. We are responsible for the quality of our installation work and the management of Jungle Link equipment warranties, as specified.

We are not responsible for:

Misuse of Starlink or Jungle Link equipment by the client.

Damages caused by natural phenomena, electrical fluctuations, falls, or unauthorized third-party intervention on equipment or installations.

The speed or quality of Starlink's internet service is the responsibility of Starlink Inc.

8. Changes to These Terms

From time to time, we may need to update these terms. If we do, we will publish the new version on our website. We recommend reviewing them periodically.

9. Contact and Applicable Law

If you have any questions about these terms or our services, don't hesitate to contact us! We are governed by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica. Any dispute will be resolved in the Costa Rican courts.
